I. Airport Pick-up Service

The organizing committee provides shuttle buses for free pick-up service between Beijing Capital International Airport (BCIA) and recommended hotels for accredited journalists. The "Reception Desk" for accredited journalists is set up at the International Arrivals Hall at the Terminal 2 Building and Terminal 3 Building of BCIA. Accredited journalists can get to the "Reception Desk" by following the signposts at the exits of the baggage claim areas of Terminal 2 Building and Terminal 3 Building. Work staff or volunteers will guide accredited journalists to the stops of free shuttle buses. An accredited journalist is allowed to take a shuttle bus after he or she presents the registration confirmation letter. (Note: Accredited journalists to arrive at the Terminal 1 Building of BCIA, will have to go through a footpath to get to the "Reception Desk" set up at the exits of the baggage claim area of Terminal 2 Building.)

1. Service Time:

8:00-23:00, April 22-25; 8:00-12:00, April 26. A shuttle bus leaves the airport hourly.

Note:

Departure interval will be adjusted timely in case a shuttle bus has no empty seat.

2. Bus Route:

(1) Terminal 2 Building (Gate 13-15) of Beijing Capital International Airport → Beijing Continental Grand Hotel → Beijing North Star Huiyuan Prime Hotel → Ramada Parkside Beijing (27 km, about 60 minutes’ drive)

(2) Terminal 3 Building (Gate 9-11) of Beijing Capital International Airport → Beijing Continental Grand Hotel → Beijing North Star Huiyuan Prime Hotel → Ramada Parkside Beijing (27 km, about 60 minutes’ drive)

Note: An accredited journalist who arrives in Beijing via other airports or other means of transportation shall be responsible for their own transportation arrangement.

II. Airport Drop-off Service

Free shuttle bus drop-off service between recommended hotels and Beijing Capital International Airport (BCIA) is offered to accredited journalists after the forum. Accredited journalists who leave Beijing from BCIA can choose the shuttle buses according to their flights’ departure time. It is suggested to check in at BCIA at least three hours in advance. Accredited journalists can get on a shuttle bus at the gate of recommended hotels under the guidance of volunteers.

1. Service Time:

14:00-20:00, April 27; 5:00-20:00, April 28-29. A shuttle bus will leave for the airport every hour.

2. Bus Route:

Beijing Continental Grand Hotel → North Star Huiyuan Prime Hotel → Ramada Parkside Beijing → Terminal 3 Building (Gate 6) of Beijing Capital International Airport → Terminal 2 Building (Gate 6) of Beijing Capital International Airport (26 km, about 60 minutes’ drive)

Note: An accredited journalist who leaves Beijing via other airports or other means of transportation shall be responsible for their own transportation arrangement.
